Orders are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. Standard shipping 3 days tracked USPS shipping.

We want you to be happy with your Azalea's purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email us azaleasforyou@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your bows. Please include your order number along with the item/items that you would like to return.

Full refunds are given if the return is started within 7 days of receipt, but within 30 days Regular priced bows must be unused to receive a refund/store credit. Unfortunately, after 30 days we no longer accept returns.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All sale items are final.
